Get all the thoughts out of your head and input them into your system. These can be anything at all. Information, projects, interests, worries, literally anything that comes into your mind during the day.
Step Two
When you’re ready, sort your thoughts into Actions or Knowledge, and tag them to one of life’s seven paths.
Actions can be dealt with now or later and also identified as one of your priorities. Knowledge is sorted into Notes and stored for you to access whenever you like.
Step Three
The seven paths that make up a well-balanced life are: Health & Wellness, Work, Relationships, Wealth, Personal Growth, Leisure and Daily Life. Tag Actions and Knowledge to one of these paths.
